You’ll step into a high‑impact role with ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape the customer journey of our community with brands such as Hunt and Brew, Füll+, ProGo, Brownes Chill and Yogo when you join us as a Credit Officer. Role Responsibilities: Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received in accordance with agreed trading terms Follow up overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence Prepare and maintain aged receivables reports and escalate high-risk or long-outstanding debts Receive, investigate, and resolve customer claims, disputes, and payment discrepancies Verify pricing, rebates, delivery issues, and invoice accuracy Act as the primary point of contact for customer account enquiries Provide clear, professional communication regarding invoices, statements, and payment status Requirements: Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field with professional experience Experience with JDE or SAP systems will be highly regarded Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite What do we offer?
